This article is really interesting, and a fun read! First of all, I didn’t even know there was such a thing as “record store day.” It seems to me that there aren’t even CD stores left in Fort Collins, let alone record stores, to me this is pretty unfortunate. I wish music wasn’t accessed so easily these days. I feel like it’s so easy to get your hands on free music that artists don’t really get the credit they deserve for their hard work. That’s why it’s so important to have days like “record store day” to just get peoples awareness out and remind them where music really started!

Intresting that vinyl sales are still high. Everytime I see a vinyl player I always wonder all the hit records that was played on it .

Good article! My dad has a similar story about going to his basement and pulling records to listen to in his family’s record player.. he doesn’t have one now, but he still has some cool Vinyl that is fun to hold and look at! My favorite is the old KISS albums haha…
