50TH BIRTHDAY BESPOKE SAFARI ADVENTURE.
FLIGHTS:
You can book flights wherever you like. You also can have Inspirato handle your flights. if you have points you’d like to use for airline, Inspirato cannot work with those.
If you’d like Inspirato to book your flights, I would need the following information:
1. Departure city per person – If you’re flying from NYC, just let me know preference of airport (JFK, Newark, etc.).
2. Name
3. Address
4. Passport number per person
5. Also state if you have a preferred airline and any other preferred travel details (first class, biz class, extra leg room, window, aisle, food prefs, anything you would like set for you). I
FLIGHT QUOTE: If you provide the above information by Monday, she will have quotes for us next week.
FLIGHT INSURANCE:
The itinerary provided has a link for travel insurance – it’s always important to have that for these types of trips.
COST AND PAYMENT:
ACCOMMODATIONS: 3 SHARED ROOMS OF TWO PEOPLE EACH
TOTAL DUE: $8182 per person to pay in full
Payments must be completed by March 20, 2022
Payments are non refundable
Already paid to solidify the contract and these are the reimbursement numbers (less credit card fees if you are paying by card).

If you add that extra night in Zanzibar, you will automatically get a 5th night at Baraza
