This Culturs TV Wednesday Energy Medicine Minute comes from Big Sur, California, where Culturs expert Donna Eden shares an Energy Medicine technique designed to help bring deep inspiration and hope into your being.

When you feel a little forlorn or don’t know what to do to heal yourself, this is an easy, gentle exercise for you. Donna suggests stepping outside, under the night or daytime sky, as this helps to open your energies to the greater forces you will connect with.

To begin this exercise, rub your hands together and then shake them off. This helps to “cleanse” your hands of excess energy, opening them up to receive. Next, put your hands on your thighs, take a deep breath in through your nose, and then exhale through your mouth. Continue by swinging your arms out to the sides, eventually bringing your hands together in a prayerful position.

Open your hands and arms up next, reaching up and out to the sky, “all the way to the heavens and then bask in heaven’s glow!” Donna says. She offers that beyond your fingertips there is healing energy available to us all, even answers we may be seeking.

To finish, when your hands feel activated with energy, bring them back into the heart center and rest. Within the heart center, there is a vortex Donna calls “Heaven Rushing In.” This vortex brings healing energy in to the body for deep healing and inspiration. If you feel you need to source more energy, Donna encourages you to “Go back for more!” It is very helpful to boost this technique by offering gratitude to what you feel most thankful for.

Dondi, her sister Titanya Dahlin, and their mother Donna Eden are Culturs experts who perform Energy Minutes all around the world to bring health and healing to the Culturs TV audience. Please note the Eden Energy Medicine disclaimer by clicking here.
