This Culturs TV Wednesday Energy Minute comes from La Jolla, California, where Culturs experts Dondi Dahlin and Titanya Dahlin share a technique designed to help stretch your abdominal muscles and aid your digestive process.

Are you ready to stand up and stretch?

“This exercise is great for your intestines, your digestion AND your abdominal muscles!” according to Dondi.

Opening the torso

Opening up energy in the torso will also help bring space and fresh energy into your lungs.

Dondi and Titanya invite you to stand up from your desk and get ready to move! For stability and balance, you may hold on to the back of your chair. You can also hold on to a desk, a counter or the wall closest to you.

Use abdominal muscles to breathe

When you’re ready, take a deep breath in, lift your rib cage and pull one of your legs back. This can be done with your toes either raised comfortably off the floor or resting on the ground behind you. You’ll feel the stretch on the front of your body.

When you’re ready, exhale and release your leg. Repeat this on the opposite side of the body. Do this a few times every day, especially when you’re feeling sluggish.

Dondi, Titanya and their mother Donna Eden, are Culturs experts who perform Energy Minutes all around the world to bring health and healing to the Culturs TV audience. Please note the Eden Energy Medicine disclaimer by clicking here.
