Acupressure points

Dondi opens up this video by demonstrating “terrific” acupressure points to help relieve everything from toothaches, tension headaches, sinus congestion and the general feeling of stuffiness in the head.

To begin this technique, bring the fingertips of both hands to the outside corner of both eyes and drop your hands straight down to the cheek bones. Begin to massage on top of both cheek bones. These points may be tender!

If you feel drawn to move further down and under the cheek bones, massage gently at first, then offer deeper pressure. As Dondi says, “If it’s tender, you’ve got the point!” She also suggests to do this as much as you like until you find relief of sinus congestion or toothache.

If it’s tender, you’ve got the point!
