This Culturs TV Wednesday Energy Medicine Minute comes from the La Brea Tar Pits in California, where Culturs expert Donna Eden shares an Energy Medicine technique designed to help boost your circulation and lower blood pressure.

In this exercise, Donna will show you how you can lower your blood pressure and connect your chakras for better communication between them all. Start by rubbing your hands together and shaking them off.

Put your hands on your thighs, and with a deep inhalation, bring your hands above your head, palms meeting in the middle. On an exhale, drop your hands to your forehead, with thumbs touching the space directly between the eyebrows. Take another deep breath in and exhale while you move your hands to your heart center, thumbs touching. Next, take another breath in and exhale while you move your hands to the center of your belly, with your hands framing and forming a triangle around your belly button.

The last piece of this technique is to take one more deep breath in while swinging your arms up above your head with palms facing out this time. Exhale gently and completely as you lower your arms, palms facing the ground. Eventually you can allow your arms to rest at your sides with your hands at the sides of your legs.

Donna and her daughters Dondi Dahlin and Titanya Dahlin, are Culturs experts who perform Energy Minutes all around the world to bring health and healing to the Culturs TV audience. Please note the Eden Energy Medicine disclaimer by clicking here.
