Raging Latino fanatics are ecstatic for the 27th annual “Premio Lo Nuestro”(a Latin music ceremony) this Thursday, February 19th at 7 p.m. on Univision. This event will be hosted at the American Airlines Arena in the tropical city of Miami, Florida. “Premio Lo Nuestro” can be compared as the Latin version of the Grammys.

Only the finest Hispanic artists will be nominated in the 35 categories and honored that night. The Miami native “Mr.305” better known as Pitbull, his stage name, will be competing for his fourth “Premio” (trophy) after winning three consecutive years. Other flaming nominees will be attending such as, Prince Royce, Ricky Martin, J Balivn, and many other famous Latino actors.

We are really excited to see this year’s performing lineup. Rumors are spreading saying music icon Ricardo Arjona would be honored with the “Premio A La Excelencia” for his contribution in developing musicians. Colombian idol Juanes will also be performing his hot single “Juntos”. The vanished group Mana is also arranged to return and set the stage on fire Thursday night. The Latin community is fiercely preparing to host this extravagant event and to amaze the fans with flavored performances.

“Premio Lo Nuestro” will be presenting a tribute for the infamous Mexican comedian “Chespirito”, who passed away this winter.
