Platanos en Tentacion

Servings: 6

Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 cups of Kola Roman soda 1 Pinch Cinnamon
3 large, ripe plantains 1 Cup panela
1 1/2 Cup Water

Preparation

  1. Sauté the plantains and then add all the ingredients. Cook the plantain in low heat until the sauce has the consistency of syrup.
