This Culturs TV Wednesday Energy Medicine Minute comes from Prescott, Arizona, where Culturs expert Titanya Dahlin demonstrates an Energy Medicine technique designed to calm anxieties.

Do you find yourself too anxious? “Butterfly Coming On Home” is a simple and quick exercise designed to calm anxiety and nerves. With this technique, you can ground energies and prepare yourself for anything.

To begin, take one very deep breath while you sweep one arm to the side and then above your head. Once you are at mid-line, exhale while tracing straight down the Central meridian line of your body. Repeat this same movement with the opposite hand and continue to alternate for a few rounds.

“Allow your body to move with it!” Titanya suggests to get rid of anxiety and calm your nerves.

Titanya Dahlin, her sister, Dondi Dahlin, and their mother, Donna Eden, are Culturs experts who perform Energy Minutes all around the world to bring health and healing to Culturs TV audience. Please note the Eden Energy Medicine disclaimer by clicking here.
