In Ruth E. Van Reken and David C. Pollock’s book “Third Culture Kids: Growing Up Among Worlds,” the many facets of a TCK’s personality is explored. From being highly mobile to being exposed to a multitude of different cultures, the authors explain that often it is a balancing act when it comes to TCK emotions.
