This Culturs TV Wednesday Energy Medicine Minute comes from Encinitas, Calif., where Culturs expert Dondi Dahlin shares an Energy Medicine technique — thumping — designed to help you feel better!

Points to thump

You can thump specific points on your body to help you become healthier. Thump stomach points for grounding energies, kidney points for increased energy, the thymus gland for the immune system and spleen points for metabolism.

Thump each of these points vigorously while breathing deeply:

  • Stomach meridian points on top of both cheekbones to ground energies
  • Kidney meridian points just below both clavicles, about an inch from the center (you will feel an indent in the soft tissue under each one) to increase energy
  • Thymus gland point at the center of the sternum to aid your immune system
  • Spleen lymphatic points under your breasts, on the ribcage to better your metabolism

Breathe while thumping

Again, remember to breathe deeply while thumping, and offer yourself this technique as often as you like during the day. Over time you may just begin to feel more vital and balanced!

Dondi, her sister Titanya Dahlin and their mother Donna Eden are Culturs experts who perform Energy Minutes all around the world to bring health and healing to the Culturs TV audience. Please note the Eden Energy Medicine disclaimer by clicking here.
