This Culturs TV Wednesday Energy Medicine Minute comes from Bristol, Rhode Island, where Culturs.guru experts Titanya Dahlin and Dondi Dahlin demonstrate how to trace the Circulation Sex (Pericardium) meridian.

A meridian is an energetic pathway in the body, and when you trace it, you can become healthier! Tracing the circulation sex meridian balances your emotions and integrates your heart and mind in your relationships. Tracing this energetic pathway protects the pericardium and has influence over the vascular circulation system.

To begin tracing this meridian, bring your hand to the center of the opposite nipple. Begin to trace up the chest, over the shoulder, and down the inside and center of the arm. Continue down the inside and center of the forearm, through the inside and center of the wrist, and sweep off the middle finger.

Repeat this tracing exercise on the opposite side, so you are tracing both the right and left meridians. Breathe deeply while you are tracing, and feel free to do this as often as it feels “right” for you – once or twice a day, perhaps.

Titanya Dahlin, her sister, Dondi Dahlin, and their mother, Donna Eden, are Culturs.guru experts who perform Energy Minutes all around the world to bring health and healing to Culturs TV audience. Please note the Eden Energy Medicine disclaimer by clicking here.
