Sierra Kube has always been intrigued by the astounding diversity in life experience. Having grown up in the United States of America and never having the opportunity to travel outside of it, Sierra sought ways to expand her knowledge on the complexity of human experience; mainly through different media forms. This led her to Culturs magazine which not only gave her the insights she was looking for, but a place where difference in experience was celebrated. Her interest in Culturs came out of this search for diversity; a search for experiences different from her own. Having sought out these different experiences her belief that diverse human thought can lead to great innovation. Sierra seeks to confront established norms and beliefs behind different media forms and critically synthesize them from a lens of Cultural Mobility/Fluidity.
