As the world becomes more global, there are more people like me who have these many dimensions so I think it’s important that there is this space that understands who they are.

I focus on hidden diversity and trying to find out what people are telling me first rather than telling them who I think they are because I don’t know their experience, I don’t know their background, I don’t know the nuances that they all put together to become who they are.
