What’s in a story? How do you tell your own? More importantly, why do you tell it at all?

When Third Culture Kid (TCK) expert and educator Michael Pollock, son of one of the originators of TCK research – David Pollock, tells his story, he knows the purpose is deeper than small talk. Culturs sat down with the Third Culture legacy expert at the 2016 Families in Global Transition (FIGT) Conference  in Amsterdam to discuss the power of storytelling to connect us all together. Pollock, an FIGT board member and a Third Culture Adult himself, believes that providing the storytelling tools and training for third culture kids will strengthen the skill set needed for a globally mobile lifestyle.
