This Destinations With Doni podcast features an in-depth, spoiler-filled discussion of the Marvel movie “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.”

In Part 1 of the Destinations podcast, host and Culturs Global Multicultural Magazine Magazine Founder and Editor-in-Chief Doni Aldine introduces the panel, which includes:

  • Hayden Greene, pop culture columnist and director of multicultural affairs and student development at Manhattan College in New York City, U.S.A., as well as a photographer and Trinidadian from the U.K.
  • Isis Asare, multicultural sci-fi books columnist and owner of the first-ever online Black science fiction bookstore.
  • Diana Vega, art director and Third Culture Adult who earned a masters degree from Colorado State University and now lives in her hometown of Merida, Mexico.
  • John Liang, managing editor and Asian-Guatemalan Adult Third Culture Kid who grew up in six countries in North and Central America and North Africa and also news editor of DeeperBlue.com, which covers freediving, scuba diving and ocean conservation, among other topics.

During this episode, the panelists covered their initial thoughts and impressions of the movie, with opinions ranging from the constraints the actors and filmmakers having to work through their grief over the death of star Chadwick Boseman, to the use of some of the themes from the comic books, to shipping Namor and Shuri, to who should have yielded to whom and more.
