There are moments when you may find yourself in a spectacular setting — in nature or with loved ones — feeling joy, gratitude, love and complete radiance. Would you like to be able to “seal in” that feeling when you’re feeling overwhelmed with joy, radiance and love? You can literally tap this feeling in to your nervous system.

Starting off to joy

To begin, place one or a few fingers between your eyebrows. “This point is the first point that triggers energy and information [to flow] down into your nervous system to change a habit, so you can feel more joyful, more awe-inspired, whenever you need to,” according to Donna.

Tap your fingers for joy

Next, tap your fingers on this space, at your own rhythm and pace, however you feel most comfortable. It’s that easy! By doing this, you are sending messages into your nervous system for support, healing and nourishment. Just remember to tap right there, right when you feel truly wonderful!

Donna Eden and her two daughters, Dondi Dahlin and Titanya Dahlin, are Culturs experts who perform Energy Minutes all around the world to bring health and healing to Culturs TV audience. Please note the Eden Energy Medicine disclaimer by clicking here.
