Stomach meridian
Are you looking for a technique to not only calm an upset stomach but also ground your energies at the same time? This exercise is designed to do just that by tracing the stomach meridian backward, then tapping in those grounding energies to finish.
Dondi explains that “a meridian is a pathway of energy on the body, and if you trace it backwards you can relieve tension and pain.” To trace your stomach meridian backward, you are taking energy off that pathway to relieve pain.
To trace this pathway backward, begin with both hands at the second toe. Trace straight up the legs and then out at the hips. Move your hands in at the waist and then up and over the breasts to the collarbones. From there, move your fingers straight up through the face and the eyes, then move out and around the face to the jawbone, and then finally coming up to the cheekbones where you will tap in those grounding energies.
