This Culturs TV Wednesday Energy Medicine Minute comes from Roatan, Honduras, where Culturs.guru expert Dondi Dahlin offers an isometric exercise designed to relieve your chronic headaches.

This isometric exercise is designed to prevent and overcome chronic headaches, which so many suffer from. It will also help to bring blood to the neck, making the neck more flexible.

To begin this technique, allow your head to fall to one side, tilting your ear to your shoulder. Bring the palm of your hand to the side of your head. Press the hand to the head and the head into the hand, creating a sense of tension in the neck. Do this on an inhale with increased pressure, then release, letting out your breath as your ear falls further to your shoulder.

Perform this technique three times on both sides, with three breaths. Do this slowly, a few times each day, and begin to feel the difference!

Dondi Dahlin, her sister, Titanya Dahlin, and their mother, Donna Eden, are Culturs.guru experts who perform Energy Minutes all around the world to bring health and healing to Culturs TV audiences. Please note the Eden Energy Medicine disclaimer by clicking here.
