This Culturs TV Wednesday Energy Medicine Minute comes from Rocky Mountain National Park, where Culturs expert Titanya Dahlin demonstrates a simple stretching exercise designed to help lower your blood pressure.

The Sunrise Sunset technique is good for lowering blood pressure, calming your nerves, stretching the body and helping to energetically balance your hormones.

Rub your hands

To begin this technique, rub your hands briskly together and shake them off. This helps clear the energy in your hands and wrists.

Next, take a deep breath in and begin to ground yourself energetically by placing your hands at the top of your thighs. Breathe in deeply as you sweep both hands up, reaching to the heavens. Then, alternate left and right hands by reaching up even higher, stretching deep into the shoulders and torso. Continue to breathe deeply.

Sweep your hands

Finish this exercise by placing the backs of the hands together above your head and take one more deep breath. Then, sweep the hands down to each side of the body on the exhale. Try this technique after you have been sitting for a while and notice the difference afterward!

Titanya Dahlin, her sister Dondi Dahlin and their mother Donna Eden are Culturs experts who perform Energy Minutes all around the world to bring health and healing to Culturs TV audiences. Please note the Eden Energy Medicine disclaimer by clicking here.
